Envisioned as a low-cost walk-up apartment, the project challenges the norm that having a minimal construction cost can't have an elegant and desirable outcome. The finishes can be theoretically realized thru craftsmans and artisans' works on inexpensive building materials and turning it into finishes that looks more than it actually costs.
